About the Role 

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you'll play a key role in building and evolving the hybrid infrastructure that powers our products and services. Working across both cloud and on-premises environments, you'll collaborate closely with engineering teams to design secure, scalable and automated infrastructure, improve CI/CD pipelines, and ensure our platforms remain reliable, high-performing, and compliant. 

A key part of the role is modernizing legacy applications and infrastructure through automation, containerization, and cloud-native technologies, while supporting the evolution toward microservices where it creates clear operational and business value. 

You'll drive meaningful improvements that reduce operational overhead, increase deployment confidence, and enable more predictable software delivery—making a lasting impact on the platform our customers rely on. 

📍 This position is based in Lithuania. 
 
Main Responsibilities   

  • Design and implement secure, scalable, and automated infrastructure solutions that support the software delivery lifecycle. 
  • Build and evolve CI/CD capabilities and deployment strategies to enable reliable, repeatable, and efficient software delivery. 
  • Build observability capabilities, including monitoring, logging, alerting, and tracing, to improve system reliability and enable proactive issue detection. 
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement security controls and best practices across infrastructure and CI/CD capabilities, ensuring compliance with organizational security standards 
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks to support knowledge sharing and reliable operations. 
  • Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and implement preventive measures to improve system reliability. 
  • Support the technical growth of the engineering team through knowledge sharing, collaboration, and technical guidance. 

Core Requirements 

  • Hands-on experience designing, building, and operating automated infrastructure and CI/CD capabilities (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, TeamCity, GitHub Actions).  
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and hybrid infrastructure environments (e.g., Azure, AWS), including on-premises data centers. 
  • Ability to develop automation using scripting or programming languages (e.g. Python, Bash, PowerShell). 
  • Hands-on experience with observability tools and practices (e.g., monitoring, logging, alerting, and tracing). 
  • Understanding of infrastructure security principles and implementing security best practices across infrastructure. 
  • Familiarity with compliance and audit-related infrastructure practices. 
  • Analytical mindset with strong troubleshooting skills and experience conducting root cause analysis. 
  • Ability to provide technical guidance, share knowledge, and contribute to a collaborative engineering culture.  
  • Experience supporting infrastructure modernization initiatives and evolving legacy workloads. 
  • Working knowledge of enterprise identity services (e.g., Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID) is an advantage.

  • The salary for this position starts from 5800 Eur gross per month. The final compensation package will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.
