Process Manager

About the role 

We are seeking an experienced and analytically driven Process Manager to join our StormGeo team. In this position, you will play a key role in driving process excellence across StormGeo by analyzing, designing, and implementing standardized business processes that improve efficiency, scalability, and compliance.  

Starting with strategic finance transformation initiatives, particularly within the billing domain—you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize end-to-end processes, lead improvement projects, and help shape the way we work as the business continues to grow and evolve. 

📍 This position is based in Lithuania. 

Main responsibilities  

• Support cross-functional finance and business process improvement initiatives, with an initial focus on billing transformation projects.  
• Analyze, map, and redesign end-to-end business processes to improve efficiency, scalability, compliance, and operational performance.    
• Define process success metrics (KPIs), monitor implementation effectiveness, and identify further optimization opportunities using data.
• Coordinate and drive process improvement workstreams across areas such as billing, credit management, contract renewals, and product data.  
• Gather business requirements, document current and future-state processes, and support the implementation of agreed improvements within the Lead-to-Cash process.  
• Collaborate with business and technical teams on process changes, including ERP and CRM enhancements.  
• Lead cross-functional implementation projects, ensuring stakeholder alignment, change management, and successful business adoption.  
• Prepare process documentation, facilitate workshops, and support governance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Core requirements 

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Finance, Operations, Engineering, or a related field. 
• Proven experience in process improvement, project coordination, business transformation, or operational excellence roles. 
• Experience working with business processes, with a solid understanding of process controls, dependencies, and operational challenges in complex environments. 
• Strong project & stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional activities and support delivery across multiple workstreams. 
• Lean Six Sigma and/or Project Management certification preferred. 
• Advantage: Experience working with ERP and CRM systems; familiarity with NetSuite, Salesforce, and billing-related system workflows. 
• Comfortable with being initially assigned to support several strategic Finance transformation initiatives before expanding to broader enterprise process improvement projects. 
• Experience with business process modelling (e.g. BPMN) is an advantage. 
• Experience applying AI or digital technologies to improve business processes is an advantage.
