Main Responsibilities

• Managing system alerts
• Resolving simulation issues with ship reporting data
• Data quality control for ship reporting data from numerous reporting systems
• Modifying and maintaining ship reporting and database
• Sending communications to clients and crew to resolve ship reporting data causing technical issues within StormGeo system

Core Requirements

• Demonstrating good problem-solving skills and strong technical acumen within standardized reports
• Ability to identify common issues and being able to come up with procedural and business requirements for technical resolution
• Being able to work within an ambiguous environment primarily driven by client data concerns
