Talent Sourcer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to join our HR team. This role is integral to supporting our hiring goals by identifying and approaching candidates for various positions, primarily focusing on IT roles such as developers, DevOps engineers, and other key IT positions. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with platforms like LinkedIn and other external channels to actively source qualified candidates.

Main Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing: Proactively identify and approach potential candidates through LinkedIn and other relevant job boards, social media platforms, and online communities, focusing on IT roles such as developers and DevOps engineers.
• Talent Pool Development: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring and anticipated IT positions.
• Screening Assistance: Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR team to understand position requirements, support preliminary candidate assessments, and submit qualified leads for further review.
• Market Research: Stay updated on market trends in IT recruitment, including new tools, sourcing techniques, and candidate engagement strategies.
• Metrics & Reporting: Track sourcing metrics such as outreach response rates and pipeline conversion to optimize sourcing efforts and meet recruitment targets.

Core Requirements

• Proven experience in sourcing or recruiting within the IT field.
• Strong communication skills for outreach and candidate engagement.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• A can-do attitude with strong motivation to grow within the HR field.
• Good communication skills in Lithuanian and English, both written and verbal.
