About the role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated IT Support Technician to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line support to our employees across APAC time zones and globally. This role involves handling incoming service requests through our Global IT Service Desk, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, as well as deploying and managing various devices. Occasional traveling might be required for this role.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support to employees across APAC time zones and globally
  • Handle incoming service requests in our Global IT Service Desk efficiently and professionally
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to Dell, Lenovo, Microsoft, Apple, and Android devices
  • Deploy and manage laptops, mobile phones, printers, and other devices
  • Utilize experience with Atlassian (Jira, Jira Service Management), Active Directory & Azure AD, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365 (Teams, Exchange, SharePoint), Windows 10/11, and MDM solutions
Core Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar IT support role
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues across various platforms and devices
  • Familiarity with Atlassian, Active Directory & Azure AD, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, and MDM solutions
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Certification(s) in relevant technologies is a plus
  • Fluent in oral and written English
  • Additional experience with VoIP solutions and VDI solutions is a plus
